my latest photo book ‘COME UNDONE’
reflects my personal story
in the form of collage photos
about the ‘masks’ (in a figurative sense)
I have worn in my life
supplemented with short texts

—
all my life
I have worn ‘masks’ in a figurative sense

most people do
but for me it was a necessity
to survive

P T S D
in my childhood I had to deal with sexual abuse
I have hidden and concealed this for years
until the moment I couldn’t keep it up anymore
and it had to come out
—
to visualize this
I have depicted different masks
to show you
how I felt

the photos are intended as art
they are collages of my character
with a matching background
—
the poems are related to the photos

I hope it touches you
or you may understand
better how it feels
to experience something like this
